    Abstract: 高斯和粒子濾波器處理非線性及非高斯系統可以得到最好的準確度,但是由於它的複雜度使得它很難套用在實際應用上。雖然高斯和無跡卡爾曼濾波器也可以處理非線性及非高斯系統,但是通常所需高斯機率密度函數之數量必須相當大才能趨近高斯和粒子濾波器的效果,其結果將會是增加很多運算量。所以開發一個高斯和無跡卡爾曼濾波器其效能逼近高斯和粒子濾波器,而需要的運算量可以減少,將會是令人期待的。藉著減少高斯機率密度函數的數量與利用分散式解法降低個別無跡卡爾曼濾波器的複雜度,運算量將可以減少。再經由適當初步的訓練機制以尋求數個關鍵重要的高斯機率密度函數,以及調整個別無跡卡爾曼濾波器,這個最佳化高斯和之分散式無跡卡爾曼濾波器將達成高性能低複雜度的成果。
