    Abstract: 分析以父權體制及日常生活中性別的建構,係性別平權之理論背景基礎,
    藉以作為平權教育的思考取向與力行實踐。傳統社會充斥著濃厚的父權意識型
    態之運作,這種社會現象亦表現在各種規範、儀式、制度上,甚至往往在學校
    教學上,所陳述的性別符碼,也無形中接受父權的支配而不自知。因此研究性
    別平權首在著重,女性在社會上是弱勢的議題,故處理有關性別議題時,為了
    解析父權如何運作,為了深刻了解性別問題的核心,剖析受害的情境脈絡殊
    異,必須深入受害者的境遇,最為關鍵。
