    Title: 聚乙烯醇及碘化鉀對化學銅析鍍的影響

    Abstract: 本研究將聚醯亞胺經由KOH 微蝕刻表面處理後,進行化學析鍍法製備出導
    電性聚醯亞胺薄膜,並探討聚乙烯醇及碘化鉀兩種添加劑對化學析鍍銅之析鍍速
    率、表面結構、結晶型態、電阻率之影響。藉由添加劑的加入可降低薄膜的電阻
    率,提升導電性。將析鍍後薄膜利用X 光粉末繞射儀分析結晶變化,利用電子
    微探儀(EPMA)分析化學析鍍後的表面結構,利用四點探針分析表面電性。結果
    發現同時添加聚乙烯醇及碘化鉀會使鍍層表面平整、結構緻密。
    本研究另一重點是將薄膜進行電磁波遮蔽效應之測試,測試結果發現,薄膜
    皆可達到60dB 以上的遮蔽效果。而當同時添加聚乙烯醇及碘化鉀會使得電磁波
    遮蔽效果由原本的60dB 提升至85dB,可以吸收或反射掉99.999999%電磁波,
    使薄膜為具有良好電磁波遮蔽效果的材料。
