    Title: 外加散熱機制對HBLED 汽車頭燈冷卻效益之影響

    Abstract: 近年來LED 發光亮度技術不斷提升,固態照明也成為2012 年後的主流燈具。隨著高亮度的白光LED 誕生,使得車前燈逐漸開始運用LED 做為其光源,包含近遠燈、霧燈及晝行燈。但因車前燈位於引擎室附近,而汽車引擎室的環境溫度高達80℃以上,過熱的溫度會造成LED發光效率的下降及使用壽命的縮短,如何設計一高效能的散熱系統,將是LED 車前燈在應用上必須克服的問題。本研究使用實驗及模擬分析探討LED 頭燈的熱傳特性。從量測的結果顯示,當環境溫度為80℃時,LED 的表面溫度為118℃,已經超過散熱設計的限制(100℃)。當外加風道時,由ANSYS 模擬的結果得知,LED 表面的溫度可以因對流效應的影響而降至97℃。若增大風道的進風量,再適度改變風道折彎角度,並且在其內部設置圓柱擾流器等設施,則會因對流效應的增強,有效下降LED 的表面溫度,最大改善效果可以降低到81℃。
