    Abstract: 近年來,我國觀光產業蓬勃發展在中廣泛的使用 DM 當傳播 的媒體 。如何能使旅遊 DM 發 揮最大功效兼具環保,並檢視國人對於現今所行的旅遊 DM 內容的看法,再進一 步了解影響消費者觀光旅遊行為即項重要課題。本研究目的在探討旅遊 DM 特性、消費者情緒 及行為意向間的關 係性。研究採用量化分析,以國人為對象進行抽樣調查結果顯示旅遊 係性。研究結果顯示旅遊 DM 特性與消費者情緒呈顯著正向影響。
