    Title: 牙醫診治的雲端系統服務設計

    Abstract: 本研究依個案分析法進入醫院執行研究,採用服務體驗工程方法為醫院之牙科部之牙醫與牙患進行服務體驗洞察、服務設計與服務驗證。雲端牙齒照護系統的服務驗證顯示,系統使用前、後之成對樣本t檢定分析結果,32位牙患受測者於服務體驗系統前後的體驗評價滿意度增加了16%,整體評價與3 項服務細項達到統計的顯著水準(p<0.05);26 位牙醫受測者於服務系統之體驗評價滿意度增加了6%,整體評價與1項服務細項也有顯著的差異(p<0.05),表示經由服務設計之雲端牙齒照護系統,經過服務驗證的程序實證了服務科學跨領域共構創新價值的成功典範。
