    Title: 台灣職棒之服務品質、滿意度與口碑傳遞關係之研究

    Abstract: 2013年台灣掀起另一波職棒的熱潮。職棒主要提供的產品是服務,所以維持良好的服務品質是觀眾入場看球賽的關鍵因素,而提升服務品質則須以滿意度為基礎,且觀眾也是決定球賽服務品質的主要評價者,服務品質的高度將會影響顧客滿意度,而顧客滿意度也可能影響到口碑傳遞的意願。本研究將以職棒之入場觀賽的觀眾為研究對象,探討職棒服務品質、滿意度與口碑傳遞意願之關係。研究結果指出,職棒服務品質中之「體驗感受」顯著影響觀眾滿意度,而觀眾滿意度也正向影響正向口碑傳遞。最後也針對結論提出管理意涵。
