Abstract:	本研究期望透過運輸包裝的適當性重新思考，同時探討綠色包裝的減碳概念與相關內容整理解析，找出包裝過當所造成的浪費問題，以減少對地球環境額外的傷害，以價值流圖（Value Stream Map，VSM）為工具，經由現況價值流圖的繪製找出浪費所在，並繪製未來理想狀態價值流圖，作為改善方案的評估依據。並以TFT-LCD（Thin Film Transistor-Liquid Crystal Display）進行運輸包裝改善，再透過實地運輸實驗設計案例作為驗證此一減碳方案於實務的適用性。
