    Title: 改質二氧化矽添加於高密度聚乙烯之研究

    Abstract: 本研究主要分成二部分,第一部分是利用乙烯基三乙氧基矽烷偶合劑對二氧
    化矽奈米粉體進行化學改質,藉由紅外線光譜儀的分析結果,確認偶合劑乙烯基
    三乙氧基矽烷已成功地接枝到奈米二氧化矽粒子上。第二部分是對改質前後的二
    氧化矽奈米粉體,分別以1、3、5、7 及9phr 添加到高密度聚乙烯聚合物中,利用
    小型混練機加工製備高密度聚乙烯/二氧化矽奈米高分子複合材料,經熱壓成膜後
    進行機械性質、耐磨耗測試、熱膨脹性以及利用場發射電子微探儀進行表面分析
    等測試。由電子微探儀的觀察,發現添加未改質的二氧化矽粒子較易在高密度聚乙
    烯中產生團聚現象,而添加改質後的二氧化矽粒子在高密度聚乙烯中分散較為均
    勻。
