    Abstract: 本研究為運用基因演算法(Genetic Algorithm)設計一個新穎的最佳化過程技巧,以協調區域輸電電網中變壓器有載分接頭(OLTC)設定及補償無效功率,使輸電損失極小化,並減少系統中電壓變化。在輸電系統中考量不同負載,調整OLTC
    分接頭設定及電容器之無效功率補償,使得區域輸電系統中有負載匯流排電壓變動較小,並擁有最小化線路損失。最後應用此最佳化分析技巧於台灣區域輸電系統,目標函數選取線路總損失及負載匯流排電壓區近於設定電壓(Setting voltage),及限制條件為OLTC 分接頭設定及補償之無效功率,求出合乎實際之OLTC 設定值及無效功率補償量,使區域輸電線路損失最小化,並能真正改善區域輸電系統電壓變動。
