    Title: 皿培牛樟芝子實體有效成分之萃取分析研究

    Abstract: 本研究利用皿培牛樟芝子實體作為有效成分萃取物的來源,分別使用酒精萃取方法(酒萃法),改變酒精濃度、子實體種類、萃取時間及光線照射的條件,超臨界流體(二氧化碳)萃取方法,改變子實體添加量、共溶劑添加量、萃取時間及不同子實體的條件,比較此兩種萃取方法以求出最佳操作條件。在酒精萃取的實驗中,以使用95%酒精,溫度在常溫下,萃取時間為96小時以及除光線照射之條件下可得到之有效成分含量最高,其含量約為1.02mg/g;而在超臨界流體萃取的操作方面,以50ml萃取容器使用10ml之95%酒精作為共溶劑,子實體2.5g,壓力250bar,溫度45°C,萃取時間4小時之條件下可得有效成分含量最高,含量約為32.93mg/g。在對於翠取液之HPLC的檢測圖譜上,超臨界流體萃取液的低極性面積波峰比酒精萃取液多;由於牛樟芝子實體中三萜類多數屬於低極姓物質,此現象可推想為超臨界流體萃取對牛樟芝有效成分中三萜類有較佳的萃取功能。
