Abstract:	旅館業員工留任率不高，是跨國性的問題。特別是台灣，倚重大學實習生為重要的人力來源。學生在實習的社會化過程中，影響學生對實習飯店負面態度的前置因素，值得進一步探討，係因犬儒主義者與留任意願有顯著負相關。犬儒態度愈高，意味著實習生留在旅館業的願意愈低。本研究以實習生為實證對象，共回收220 份有效問卷，迴歸分析結果支持組織政治知覺與犬儒態度有顯著正相關，此外，ANOVA 分析顯示，組織政治知覺愈高者，犬儒態度也愈高。
