    Abstract: 本計畫為運用一個新穎的最佳化過程技巧,協調輸電電網中變壓器有載分接
    頭(OLTC)設定及補償無效功率控制,使輸電損失極小化,並減少系統中電壓變化。
    在輸電系統中考量不同負載,調整OLTC 分接頭設定及電容器之無效功率補償,
    使得區域輸電系統中有負載匯流排電壓變動較小,並擁有最小化線路損失。在負
    載變化下,在使用最佳化分析技巧,以IEEE-30 BUS 測試系統為例,目標函數選
    取線路總損失,及限制式OLTC 分接頭設定及補償之無效功率,求出合乎實際之
    OLTC 設定值及無效功率供應量,適當協調電壓及無效功率控制,使區域輸電線路
    損失最小化,並能真正改善區域輸電系統電壓變動。
