    Title: 氧化鎢薄膜摻雜碳之電致變色研究

    Abstract: 本計畫成功地使用直流磁控反應共濺鍍鎢靶與碳靶,在碳靶不同濺鍍功率下,
    獲得不同碳成份的氧化鎢薄膜,並分析摻雜碳元素對氧化鎢薄膜的微結構與著色/
    漂白光穿透度反應之關係。摻雜碳元素的氧化鎢薄膜皆為非晶結構,薄膜表面均相
    當平整,摻雜碳的氧化鎢薄膜,著色態穿透率低於未摻雜碳之氧化鎢薄膜,漂白態
    穿透率也優於未摻雜碳之氧化鎢薄膜,且碳濺鍍功率40W 時,可見光平均穿透率
    漂白態相差3.24%,著色態相差20%,著色/漂白態有最大的可見光平均穿透率差異
    33.16%,波長550 nm 著色/漂白態的穿透率差異為31.57%,所以在直流磁控反應共
    濺鍍獲得氧化鎢掺雜碳薄膜的製程下,電致變色最佳特性之製程參數為碳靶功率
    40W(DC)。此計畫之執行不僅培育人才,也提昇我國整體的研究能力、促進國家學
    術地位及工業水準。
