Cloud services could be an effective solution for future medical image processing for computer-aided diagnosis (CAD). This research applies the techniques of cloud computing to enhance the convenience and value of medical image processing for dental clinics. A team from Taiwan, the US and Germany have been cooperated to construct and improve the techniques and quality of cloud services for medical image processing for CAD. The goals are to design systems of cloud services for medical image processing, which could enhance the effectiveness of diagnosis and provide people with better medical care.
