    Abstract: 本研究以個體層次之幼兒園教師知識管理與組織層次之組織學習為自變數,探討兩者對幼教師專業發展的影響。本研究透過問卷調查,針對幼教師進行研究,使用層級線性模式分析變相間的關係。結果顯示,團隊學習在知識創新與教師專業發展間扮演調節效果的角色。針對上述結果,本研究提出相關的具體建議。
