    Title: 奈米碳基材料添加於染料敏化太陽能電池電極之特性探討

    Abstract: 本研究先以微波消化法純化奈米碳管,不需強酸即能快速去除金屬觸媒,奈米碳管
    經過酸處理會有明顯-COOH 官能基在奈米碳管表面,在表面形成電負性之極性共價鍵,
    其可加強奈米碳管穩定性與分散性。而後再利用十二烷基硫酸鈉對奈米顆粒的分散性,
    減少表面顆粒聚集,使純化奈米碳管和二氧化鈦薄膜更穩定且分散性佳,可以增加吸附
    染料之能力和氧化還原催化電解質作用,得到更良好之光電轉換效率。研究結果顯示,
    添加0.3wt% SDS 於二氧化鈦薄膜中,二氧化鈦薄膜顆粒分散表面均勻性最佳,製作成
    染料敏化太陽能電池元件後,可提升光電轉換效率約23% 。當添加0.3wt% SDS 與
    0.3wt% CNTs 於二氧化鈦薄膜中,可明顯提升光電轉換效率50%。
