    Abstract: 傳統照明燈源多採用白熾燈泡,而白熾燈泡發光效率差、消秏功率大,
    為了更有效節省能源,白光LED就因此誕生。白光LED的啟動方式,不同於螢光燈點亮時
    需要很高的啟動電壓,它和一般發光二極體一樣,只需要一個穩定的驅動器以提供能量,
    所以驅動IC將突顯其重要。傳統以市電輸入都具有電源轉換器,本文參考了晶片市售之
    FSD200內部架構圖,以設計一個脈波寬度調變的白光LED的驅動IC為目標。本論文以
    TSMC 0.18um標準元件庫設計流程的晶片製作方式,來設計數位脈波寬度調變之控制晶
    片。為了達到產品體積小、數位化與系統整合晶片的目的,本研究以Verilog HDL撰寫系統
    架構,用FPGA加以驗證功能後,採用標準元件庫設計流程,來完成整個控制晶片之設計。
