    Abstract: 本計畫係針對電磁波微波頻段,利用Ansoft Designer 電磁分析軟體,對頻率選擇表
    面(Frequency Selective Surface, FSS)結構進行各式圖形設計與模擬分析,藉由材料介電係
    數、厚度、圖案尺寸、週期、線寬等參數條件的變化,研究FSS 結構對電磁波遮蔽與反
    射衰減的整體影響,模擬所得之結果未來可直接應用於電磁波微波干擾防護技術、隱形
    匿蹤防護及節能視窗等產品技術上。模擬分析與實驗測試結果顯示兩者之間有相當高的
    準確性。因此本文所模擬研究之各式電磁波圖譜在製程上可透過網印技術、濺鍍技術或
    半導體技術提高在實體應用面的價值。
