    Abstract: 本研究為探討不同燒結溫度下(910-950 ℃),BiFeO3 (BFO)與[(Bi0.95La0.05)FeO3] (BLFO)陶瓷之晶粒大小,結構相變,磁化率與介電常數變化情形。室溫下, BFO陶瓷呈現反鐵磁(antiferromagnetic)的行為且其磁極化率隨著外加磁場的變化有著線性關係。不同於 BFO的反鐵磁特性, BLFO具有弱鐵磁(weak ferromagnetic)的特性並且隨著燒結溫度變化,磁極化率從 0.008(910 ℃)提升至 0.14(950 ℃)。而不同燒結溫度對於陶瓷晶粒大小影響甚鉅,也說明了陶瓷晶粒大小對於磁極化率有著一定的影響。 BFO與 BLFO在室溫下的介電常數(dielectric permittivity)分別為 33與 57,而介電損耗(dielectric loss)則分別為 0.2 與 0.002(溫度 150 ℃內),指出 La摻雜進入 BFO中可以有效抑制 BFO的電導。隨著溫度愈趨近尼爾溫度 (Neel temperature,TN)時,BFO與 BLFO陶瓷的介電實部皆有一明顯的極大值。此一介電極大值的產生可能反應出反鐵磁轉變成順磁的磁偶極改變。
