    Abstract: 近年來LED 發光效率不斷提升,應用的產品也由傳統指示燈變為LCD 背光源及固態照明燈等用途。由於LED 的接面溫度比一般燈泡低,故其熱量多以傳導及對流形式向外釋出,因此隨著驅動電流的增加,LED 構裝時的散熱分析與設計就成為提升其發光效率與壽命的重要考慮因素。
    本研究先運用數值模擬方法,分析不同環境溫度對LED 熱阻值的影響。爾後再使用熱電偶及光衰值擷取系統,探討AlGaInP 系列的紅光及琥珀光LED 在不同底座溫度及驅動電流對光強度衰退率的影響。結果發現,環境溫度愈高,其接面溫度愈大,但熱阻值的變異則幾乎維持不變。底座溫度上升及驅動電流增加,對光強衰退率及變異度皆會增加。整個研究過程中紅光的表現則比琥珀光好。
