    Abstract: 本文旨在探討高速鋼M35、ASP30素材之微結構與機械性質之關係。利用OM、影像分析系統、微小硬度計對高速鋼M35、ASP30不同直徑之素材,分析其金相組織特徵與直徑、位置以及機械性質之關係。期以瞭解高速鋼M35、ASP30素材組織對齒輪刀具在熱處理時所發生之變化與性能關係,實驗結果顯示: 高速鋼M35素材之碳化物粒子較ASP30粗大且聚集,整體而言,M35之碳化物粒子長短比值較ASP30大,而ASP30素材之碳化物粒子真圓度值則較M35小; 顯示ASP30碳化物粒子較細圓。
    高速鋼M35、ASP30素材橫截面外側之維氏硬度(Hv)值均較心部為高,而ASP30素材之維氏硬度(Hv)值又較M35素材高。
