    Abstract: 本教案嘗試以專業技術的角度，探討創業過程的發想，進入市場與尋找客戶、生產環境設置、公司的演進與重組、挑戰與應變、建立製造技術、客戶開發與關係維持、生成商業模式與策略等。
    案例為秦岱公司(一家精密板金製造公司)，透過與董事長及高階管理人員的深度訪談，經整理與歸納，以提供技術創業之情境。各情景段落，附有課堂上可互動探討的問題，文後附有教學手冊，適用於創業、新創事業、技術創業等相關課程。
