    Title: 陶瓷鐵酸鉍及其薄膜的複鐵性性質研究

    Abstract: 本研究分別利用固態溶液法(solid-state reaction)製作鉍鐵氧化物(BiFeO3, BFO)陶瓷與磁控濺鍍系統鍍製BiFeO3薄膜。由於BiFeO3陶瓷製作困難,容易在製作過程中因高溫產生許多次級相(second phases)而增加漏電流的生成,造成後續量測的困難。因此,在本研究中,改變Bi2O3與Fe2O3混合比例並搭配不同的燒結溫度,藉此得到良好大小的陶瓷顆粒及最佳化的BiFeO3陶瓷便成為主要課題之一。燒結完全的BiFeO3在經過變溫同步輻射XRD (in situ synchrotron XRD)、晶格常數(lattice constant)、變頻變溫介電常數(frequency-dependent and temperature-dependent dielectric )與震動樣品磁化儀(VSM)分析,幫助釐清BiFeO3材料本身的物理特性;另一部分,利用磁控濺鍍系統(magnetron sputtering system)鍍製BiFeO3 與BiFeO3/Co/ BiFeO3多層膜結構在Pt/TiOX/SiOX/Si基板上,改變鈷薄膜的厚度來增加BiFeO3的鐵電及鐵磁性質,提升未來應用的可能性。
