    Abstract: 本研究利用田口參數設計來規劃產品檢驗站設置，個案公司之光收模組
    產品改良後，增加了許多重複的檢驗流程和測試流程，這些測試過程除了
    增加檢測時間進而增加工時成本之外，同時亦導致產品損耗與不良品之產
    生。本研究以應用直交表安排檢驗站配置，並實際進行實驗，嘗試各種製程
    組合，以得到最佳檢驗製程安排，進而達到降低物料成本、人力精簡與良率提升
    的效果。
