    Title: 晶圓研磨回收矽粉應用於聚合物添加劑之探討

    Abstract: 本研究是將太陽能電池晶圓切割廢液進行廢液回收、成分分析檢測、及固體粉末回收與再利用技術研究。實驗設計利用簡單蒸餾來進行液/固相分離,研究結果顯示其固體粉末成分中,矽佔了大部分(46.5%),再來是氧(44.7%),其次是碳(5.2%),且平均粒徑的大小在於229nm至291nm之間,粒徑分布於342nm至1110nm之間。
    本研究以聚乙烯為基材,添加晶圓研磨回收矽粉,以小型混練機加工製備聚合物/矽粉高分子複合材料。由於矽粉粉體易形成團聚現象,因此本研究將加入偶合劑或界面活性劑以避免團聚現象產生,使矽粉均勻分散在高分子複合材料中,並提升聚合物的機械性質、熱性質及耐磨耗等性質。
