    Title: 風力發電變頻器電磁干擾研究

    Abstract: 風力發電機產生之直流電壓範圍由30V至220V,變化之電壓將能量存於蓄電池後,再經由變頻器產生穩定之交流輸出電壓。但將直流變成交流電壓之變頻器電路採用交換式(switching)運作,會產生電磁干擾(EMI),往往超過電磁干擾之規範值。本專題順利完成變頻器之製作,並量測傳導性電磁干擾及輻射性電磁干擾。其中傳導性電磁干擾較嚴重,故針對傳導性電磁干擾進行電路之修改,包括降低功率晶體閘極信號之上升時間、增加緩衝電路、加上電源濾波器等措施,可將傳導性電磁干擾降低以符合EMI規範需求。
