Abstract:	本計畫目標以完成數位電視機上盒之開發為目標，計畫內容包括數位電視機上盒之研製及數位電視機上盒之測試。數位電視機上盒之研製是以Marvell PXA310 為開發平台，並以所建立之WinCE 環境來完成數位影音資訊之傳遞及顯示，其係使用DirectShow 的技術來完成影音資訊之解調變和解壓縮，在執行數位電視機上盒研製前，DirectShow 的技術已於PC 上先行驗證；至於數位電視機上盒之測試則以DVB-T 測試標準的確定及測試程序的建立與執行為主要工作。由於開課的準備符合需求，99 年度教育部繼續核撥了70 萬的預算供本系進行數位電視課程的推廣，此計畫之階段任務業已達成。
