    Title: 黏晶機高速取放機構之研究

    Abstract: 黏晶(Die Bonder)為IC封裝製程的一環,其品質取決於取放動作之精度、速度及穩定度。有鑒於此,本文首先探討現有專利與文獻,繼而透過產學合作提昇實務經驗,再利用TRIZ理論引導創意發想,應用曲柄滑塊直線簡諧運動的特性,設計一套高速穩定的取放機構。本機構的特點在於研發一個緩衝裝置,除了可以增加取放頭暫停於取放點上方的時間外,更可降低機構碰撞所產生之震動,並提高定位精度。本研究實際製作了一部取放機構之原型機,依據測試結果顯示,本機構的取放速度最高可達9000UPH,定位及重複精度皆維持在0.05mm以內。
