    Title: 矽薄膜太陽能電池研究

    Abstract: 矽薄膜太陽能電池具有較高的實用效益,且對未來開發較高效率太陽能
    電池亦具有可行性、低成本及建築結合應用(Building-integrated photovoltaic,
    BIPV)的優點。本研究利用高密度電漿(High density plasma chemical vapor
    deposition, HDP-CVD)及熱絲化學氣相沈積(Hot-wire chemical vapor deposition,
    HWCVD)系統在基板溫度為200 ℃下於已鍍上穿透導電氧化層(Transparent
    Conductive Oxide, TCO)的商用玻璃基板上,製備氫化非晶矽(Hydrogenated
    amorphous silicon, a-Si:H)、氫化微晶矽(Hydrogenated microcrystalline silicon,
    μc-Si:H)薄膜太陽電池,其太陽能電池結構為glass/TCO/p/i/n/ITO/Al。在此研究
    中主要探討改變製程參數對成長薄膜品質的影響,將所製得之P、I及N各層薄
    膜以拉曼光譜(Raman spectrum)、X-ray 繞射分析儀(XRD)、掃瞄式電子顯微鏡
    (Scanning electron microscope, SEM)等量測分析其性質,並將目前實驗較佳化具
    元件級之P、I及N各層薄膜整合製作氫化非晶矽、微晶矽薄膜太陽能電池,並
    結合使用太陽能光模擬器(Simulator)量測發電轉換效率。未來亦將繼續此研究
    成長較佳的薄膜參數且改善薄膜沉積的均勻性,並提高薄膜的品質以提升太陽
    能電池效率。
