    Abstract: 隨著時代的進步,掌上型電子裝置之小尺吋平面顯示器已不符合提供大量資
    訊顯示的需求,因此業界開始投入微型投影顯示系統之開發,其中微型彩色雷射
    投影系統具有許多之優點,於微型投影顯示器市場中有極高之競爭力,而多層光
    學薄膜濾光片在雷射投影系統中扮演極其重要的腳色,光學多層薄膜濾光片之製
    作步驟需先研究薄膜沉積製程對各種薄膜材料光學特性之影響,於本計劃中使用
    電子槍離子輔助蒸鍍法沉積五氧化二鉭、五氧化二鈮、二氧化鈦、二氧化矽等材
    料,並使用紫外光-可見光-紅外光光譜儀量測電子槍離子輔助蒸鍍之薄膜的穿透
    率,並使用量測結果計算薄膜之折射率及消光係數,找出最佳化製程的高低折射
    率光學薄膜材料,使用Essential Macleod 多層光學薄膜設計軟體設計符合微型彩
    色雷射投影系統用之多層光學薄膜濾光片,並將多層光學薄膜之設計結果以電子
    槍離子輔助蒸鍍系統鍍製符合微型雷射投影系統用之多層干涉式彩色光學濾光
    片。
