    Abstract: 本研究以廢竹筷、椰子殼、竹子為原料,在氮氣氣氛下,溫度在400-500
    ℃之間進行第一階段碳化過程,然後在二氧化碳氣氛下,溫度在
    500-850℃之間進行第二階段活化過程,製得良好導電性的活性炭,
    經粉碎後和高密度聚乙烯混合,以小型混練機進行混練,再以熱壓機
    製得高密度聚乙烯/導電級活性碳複合薄膜,最後進行耐磨耗、機械
    強度等測試。
    本專題另一研究主題是以高密度聚乙烯為基材,添加晶圓研磨
    回收矽粉,以小型混練機加工製備聚乙烯/二氧化矽複合材料,再經
    由熱壓成型機製成薄膜。改變矽粉的添加量對聚合物的機械性質及耐
    磨耗等性質的影響,希望能提升聚合物的機械性質及耐磨耗等性質。
