Abstract:	少子化的趨勢，使幼教相關產業的經營模式需隨之改變，新竹縣托兒所需如何因應，才能在幼托整合的制度下發展？這是研究者關心之課題。本研究以內容分析法，將新竹縣94-96 年度公私立托兒所之評鑑資料加以整理，歸納出新竹縣公私立托兒所之經營狀況；並以焦點訪談取得五位評鑑委員與五位優秀園所經營者之看法，整理出具創意之經營模式，提供現場工作者之參考。
