    Title: 鋼鐵金屬類材料經高溫熱處理後之結構與特性研究

    Abstract: 本研究計畫觀察RS304與SS316L不鏽鋼材料,在含有雜值元素之後,金屬材料的磁性、及電阻變化。在分析上,藉由振動樣品磁化儀(VSM)測量材料在室溫的磁性;發現SS316L中,含0.00~0.27wt%的Ag元素時,其磁化量約在3.1±1.5 emu/g。Fe-base系統中含約0.3 wt%的Mn元素,而全部雜質含量約0.5 wt%以內時,在1KOe的外加磁場時,即能接近飽和磁化,其值約200~220 emu/g。由電阻測量得知DQ、CQ1、CQ2、DDQ的居里溫度為1041、1036、1037、1032、1034K,在居里溫度時將有α-ν的結構轉變發生。
