    Title: 奈米級雲母片之介電特性研究

    Abstract: 本研究計畫將片狀雲母製作成奈米級雲母片樣品，利用精密阻抗分析儀，量測樣品在不同頻率範圍(40~30MHz)下的介電常數。
    從實驗中可以發現:
    1. 掺雜比例雜質20%以下的奈米雲母樣品，其介電常數與各類奈米雲母樣品密度成正比, 介電常數依頻率從低到高呈現下降驅勢。
    2. 相同密度、不同成份奈米雲母樣品, 其介電常數隨掺雜物濃度增加而降低。
