    Abstract: 製造管理的意義是有效的利用資源，來製造出品質最佳、產量最多、成本最低的產品，才能獲得顧客的最大滿意度。所以製造系統要如何來降低成本，將生產過程的績效提升到最高，是處於現在競爭激烈的市場中極需具備的基本管理要件。本研究透過創造性問題解決理論(TRIZ)，希望能在較短的時間裡找出各種創意解決方案的特點，並配合TRIZ工具—質-場分析與76個標準解應用於製造系統運作的不良因素上，希望能減少影響製造系統績效的問題產生，使得整個製造系統的運作能夠更為穩定。
