    Abstract: 本研究使用了邏輯迴歸、隨機森林和XGBoost等機器學習算法對熔蝕品質進行預測,並通過熵分析和數據科學預處理技術來量化雷射熔蝕加工的不確定性。研究以Si3N4作為材料,考察了不同能量水平和脈衝間隔時間對熔蝕品質的影響。研究採用了90、150、156個樣本的數據集,並通過箱型圖和散點圖對各樣本的熔蝕品質(reb 值)的變異性進行了詳細分析。本研究還引入了脈衝間隔時間的基準線(bit)的概念,以進一步探討脈衝間隔時間對熔蝕品質的影響。
