    Abstract: 地方創生是透過多團體合作進行的在面向發展。本研究問卷調查,探 討影響地方創生成果的個人及團體層面因素。我們收集了 313份有效問卷,並使用 分層線性模型進行假設檢驗。在個人面上,我們發現規範是影響地方創生成果的主要因素。有別於其他研究,本假設團體在參與地方創生時所表現出行為不僅顯示了利他價值,還涉及自。在團體層面上社會接近性對地方創生成果的影響比組織接近性更強。此外,團體在地方創生中投入並不受域主義限制本研究結果證實,透過強化 團體價值及增強對後果的認識,可以提升地方創生成果。
