Abstract:	本研究旨在探討影響幼兒同儕互動與其它因素之關係，包括幼兒氣質、依附行為及同儕互動關係之相關性研究，採用問卷調查法，以桃竹苗地區五所非營利幼兒園之3 至 6 歲幼兒為研究對象，蒐集問卷數約200 份。結果顯示幼兒表現較屬正向氣質者，往往傾向於安全之依附行為，其社會技巧較同齡之不安全依附行為幼兒佳，且同儕關係亦較佳；反之，幼兒表現較屬負向氣質者，往往傾向於不安全之依附行為，其社會技巧較同齡之安全依附行為幼兒差，且同儕關係亦較差。據此，建議幼兒照顧者應積極為幼兒建立安全之依附關係，且可借助相關課程、培訓或活動，並加強家庭與幼兒園結合；另教師亦應根據幼兒氣質，落實因材施教。
