Abstract:	專案管理常應用於領導一個團隊在限期內完成某項任務或達成某一目標的過程。成功的專案管理需要定義準確的需求，執行的管控，以及效益評估。本研究擬提出一套結構化的專案設計與評估的方法論，使得中小企業或小型團隊在專案設計上更結構化，能彈性的調整，並進行管控與評估。本研究之SME(Small and Medium Enterprise)專案管理方法論與PMBOK指南[2]相互呼應，著重於專案規畫、執行、監控的實務方法。主軸結構使用建模技術，使得專案執行過程中，可藉由關聯進行模型調整。藉由模擬，在專案的前行(Ongoing)，有一定程度的監控，減低失敗風險。
