    Title: 組織自尊與工作壓力之研究

    Abstract: 面對市場激烈競爭與顧客至上意識高漲的時代,服務業第一線員工被視為高
    度情緒勞務族群。過去研究顯示餐旅業高度壓力的工作,將導致負面的工作結果,
    例如降低健康、幸福感、工作表現、低度組織公民行為。在壓力管理的相關研究
    中,探索工作壓力的前置因素,深具管理實務意義。本研究以資源保存理論為論
    證基礎,探討政治技巧與工作壓力之關係,期對旅館業管理先進有所裨益。本研
    究針對北部飯店員工進行問卷調查,發出210 份,共回收有效問卷163 份,回收
    率約77.6%。迴歸分析結果顯示假說成立,政治技巧可解釋工作壓力15.3%的變
    異量。
