    Abstract: 本研究利用如Mg2+、Ca2+、Sr2+、Zn2+等化合物與Al(NO3)3等直接合成具尖晶石結構(MAl2O4)的載體,其目的在阻止鈷金屬離子崁入載體中,達到增強鈷(Co)金屬觸媒的產氫催化活性,研究中以硼氫化鈉水解製氫反應,測試其催化活性。合成的觸媒用TPR、XRD、來鑑定改質後的特性,從實驗結果得知,Mg2+和Zn2+與Al(NO3)3在700℃下可以反應形成MgAl2O4和ZnAl2O4的尖晶石結構載體,而Ca2+、Sr2+則無法形成尖晶石結構的載體。5%Co/MgAl2O4和5%Co/ZnAl2O4 觸媒對催化水解NaBH4產氫活性都有顯著較其他兩者佳。尤其%Co/ZnAl2O4 觸媒在低溫下亦有相當好的催化活性,可做惡劣天候下的產氫觸媒。
