    Abstract: 近年來二維材料在研究中引起了廣泛關注,特別是在非鐵磁性材料之間的任何異質介面,可以顯示出磁性的特性是最值得研究的。例如,硒化釩在各種應用中具有很大的潛力,在這個項目中,從超導量電子干涉儀上可以觀察到一個超順磁的曲線,為了找到超順磁性能的來源,使用了X射線光電子能譜儀及X光繞射儀,從X射線光電子能譜儀的深度分析和X光繞射儀分析晶格參數後,確認硒化釩完全存在,此外,在計算了代表硒化釩的每個峰的半峰全寬後,可以確定硒化釩團簇的平均尺寸,並確認平均尺寸符合超順磁性,這在開發二維磁性設備方面具有很大的潛力。
