    Title: 弱勢學生學習適應與學業表現關聯性之探討 —以明新科大為例

    Abstract: 本研究主要目的在探討弱勢學生其學習適應與學業表現間的關聯性。研究採問卷調查方式,研究對象為明新科技大學108學年度的在校弱勢學生,並且參與高教深根計畫的360位學生,共計回收有效樣本135份。研究先採用探索式因素分析將學習適應區分為:「學校適應」、「同儕關係」、「師生關係」三個次構念。再以階層迴歸分析方法找出顯著影響學業表現的預測變數。研究結果發現:一、在相關分析中,學業表現與學校適應、師生關係、同儕關係、學習策略、出勤缺曠以及自我學習時數分別具有顯著正向關係。二、在階層迴歸分析模式中,出勤缺曠、自我學習時數以及同儕關係對學業表現具有顯著正向影響。
