    Abstract: 本研究以薩提爾成長模式,發現學生學習時之內在狀態,以探索最適教學策略以協助學生改善學習態度,提升學習成效。以質性研究方法,蒐集學生上課表現資料,綜合學生學習成效分析,發現學生與教師之對課程之期望不謀而合,學生是想學習、想討論、想閱讀的,渴望豐富的知識,成為自信的人,希望將知識運用在生活中。但學生在閱讀時,容易有煩躁的感覺;學生在討論發表時,容易因缺乏自信,而不能順利討論與發表。因此,教學策略以協助學生去除煩躁感、增進自信心為努力方向。學期末,學生行為轉為遵守上課規矩佔多數;學期末亦能清楚敘述自己所學與體會,具體學習課程內容。
