Abstract:	分布式領導相關研究在教育領域上已日益增加並獲致重視，但應用於學前教育進行研究，不論是國內外仍屬有限，而學前教育私立多於公立的教育生態有別於以往研究場域，因此，本研究欲初步瞭解分布式領導在不同教育階段發展之貌，以及分析影響幼兒園營造分布式領導之可能因素，以利規劃更為完詳的分布式領導藍圖。本研究採用文獻分析法與訪談法進行資料蒐集，以瞭解臺灣園長分布式領導發展現況以及未來展望，進而建構本土分布式領導之願景目標，並依據研究結果，進一步提出具體建議，以供未來相關研究之參考。
