Abstract:	本計畫主要是近來發現米類釀造酒的代謝物，具有很好的美膚效果。最有名的故事是過去在釀酒過程中僅被視為下腳料的米粕，科學家發現居然能讓釀酒師傅的手滑嫩細緻而加以研發成美容產品，此次計畫將利用同為米類發酵的黃酒糟與手工皂，結合製成可以上市的美容產品。
