    Title: 利用葡萄糖、蔗糖及幾丁醣修飾氧化鋁載體以製備具高產氫活性的鈷觸媒之研究

    Abstract: 本研究是利用幾丁聚醣(C8H13NO5)、蔗糖(C12H22O11)、三聚氰胺(C3H6N6)、葡萄糖(C6H12O6)進行 Co/Al2O3 改質,再以硼氫化鈉水解產氫反應,探討其催化活性。改質後的觸媒用 TPR、XRD、TGA 來鑑定改質後的特性,從實驗結果得知,含有氮的有機分子改質材料使鈷觸媒有較佳的還原效果,不同改質材料經碳化皆不影響Al2O3 的晶相結構,而還原後2θ=44.5°、47.8°皆出現鈷金屬特徵峰,四種改質材料中,以幾丁聚醣具有最佳,在產氫測試中得知,Al2O3 與 10wt%幾丁聚醣混合,以 450℃進行碳化,在 90%Ar與 10%H2混合氣體中經 600℃還原,鈷觸媒的產氫活性最好,產氫反應完成時間只需 30分鐘,反應至15 分鐘時產率可高達 70%。
