    Abstract: 本研究希望能夠使用藍光半導體雷射照射搭配平片光波導式的遠程螢光粉結構,使用平面光波導使半導體雷射之藍光光束在玻璃中達成全內反射及漫射的效果,並利用反射粒子 TiO2 奈米粒子的擴散特性,改變雷射光的指向性,將藍光均勻分布於平面光波導之各處,藉由玻璃面上方的遠程螢光粉,產生平面白光光源。本結構的另一個重要特色,便是可以藉由多片平面光波導的組合,達成能自由改變形狀及尺寸的平面燈具,並能符合國際照明協會(CIE)對於白光照明的要求。
