    Abstract: 本研究所製作的網路電視頻道是藉用影音串流平台為資料庫，以創建平台的體驗行銷概念，開發出予使用者客製化的頻道內容。仿照當下網路電視頻道的模式，以時間自由安排，有網路即可收視為賣點。讓消費者免費使用平台，習慣之後便成為基本用戶群，再進而推展出導購和系列課程等商業化模式。
